据财联社消息，美国众议院在当地时间13日上午投票通过了一项名叫“保护美国人免受外国对手控制应用程序侵害法”的无理法案（H.R.7521）。该法案要求字节跳动剥离对旗下短视频应用程序TikTok的控制权，否则TikTok就会在美国遭到封禁。该法案仍需要得到美国参议院的通过，然后才能提交给总统乔·拜登批准。

在13日外交部例行记者会上，有记者提问称，美国议员正在投票决定是否要禁止TikTok在美国运营。
对此，发言人汪文斌在回应中表示，近年来，尽管美方始终没有找到TikTok威胁美国国家安全的证据，却始终没有停止对TikTok的打压，这种不能在公平竞争中取胜，就采取霸凌行径的做法，扰乱的是企业的正常经营活动，损害的是国际投资者对投资环境的信心，破坏的是正常的国际经贸秩序，最终必将反噬美国自身。

Former U.S. President Donald Trump, who once attempted to remove TikTok from U.S. app stores, said on March 11 that a TikTok ban could make Facebook bigger, censuring it as "an enemy of the people.”
Billionaire Elon Musk on March 12 also claimed the bill could restrict access to the app, which he said amounts to "censorship and government control.”
